Accommodation
Camping: Camping facilities for all teams will be provided at the Deal and Betteshanger Rugby Club. The club site has plenty of room for all teams to camp on the grassed area and rugby pitches. It also has a full sized car park that is suitable for large vehicles. The clubhouse and pavilion has disabled facilities on the ground floor level, a fully licensed bar and indoor areas for catering and mealtimes. Shower and toilet facilities will be available on site.
There are no hookups available on the camp site.
The site will be exclusively for the use of NSSA teams for the duration of the week and is fully secure from public access. The site is only a 6 minute walk from Downs Sailing Club.
Please note: unfortunatly NO DOGS are permitted on the campsite or rugby ground premises.
Camper vans: There is very limited space for a small number of camper vans. These would have to be parked up and not moved for the duration of the event.
Fire risk: please, no naked flames if camped on the pitch or parked in the adjacent area. These are only permitted within camper vans parked in the car park. Otherwise it is recommended to book your meals from the onsite catering.
Arrival instructions
You will be met by marshals who will direct you to the camping area assigned for your team.
Please be mindful that there is not unlimited space, so try not to bring the worlds biggest tent and make sure you pitch your tent reasonably close to your neighbours. This will save us from having to ask you to move.

Meals
Little Piggies Catering will be onsite to provide breakfast and evening meals. These should be booked along with entries by the Team Manager.
Daily packed lunches can also be booked which will be available at the sailing club.
